Kozefò Building Project:
The Cost Breakdown and Giving Plaques

All donors for the Kozefò Building Project will be acknowledged on a plaque constructed on Haitian Metal art. Individual donors, group donors or corporate sponsors have the opportunity to support a specific part of the project and have a plaque of recognition for that designated space. See cost breakdown below.

  • Property and architectural design work: $180,000
  • Classrooms (grades 1-12): $30,000 each
  • Computer Lab: $30,000
  • Kitchen: $50,000
  • Housing for Staff/Student boarders: $100,000
  • Library: $30,000
  • Administrative Office: $50,000
  • Maintenance Storage: $20,000
  • Dining Space: $60,000

Estimated costs include land development, site works, quality checks during construction, and weekly site meetings. All construction is hurricane and earthquake resistant as designed by MSAADA Architects. Detailed information regarding construction is available upon request.
